DESCRIPTION:Die Vorträge des Forums geben Einblicke in Theorie und Praxis und behandeln aktuelle Themen rund um die Ernährung im Sport. Im Mittelpunkt stehen dabei die spezifische Ernährung für Sportlerinnen\, der Umgang mit Essstörungen im Sport sowie der Einsatz von Nitrat in der Sporternährung mit besonderem Fokus auf geschlechterspezifische Unterschiede. Ergänzend werden praxisnahe Aspekte wie die Ernährungsbetreuung im Wettkampfsport und die Ernährungsberatung von Laufanfänger:innen aufgegriffen. Abgerundet wird der wissenschaftliche Input durch Fragen aus dem Online-Publikum sowie eine gemeinsame Diskussionsrunde mit den Expert:innen\, bevor das Forum mit einer zusammenfassenden Schlussrunde endet.
